Hi, I’m Kate
MPHYS (HONS), HPD, DAHC, DPHH, MNCH (REG.)

Hello! I help young people manage anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and develop practical strategies to feel more in control of their emotions, schoolwork, and everyday life.
Through executive function coaching and hypnotherapy, I help them understand how their brain works best and build habits that support their wellbeing – both now and in the future.
By working with both the conscious and subconscious mind, I help young people challenge unhelpful thought patterns, embed new habits more quickly, and develop confidence in themselves and their future.
