Hello! I help young people to achieve their goals through executive function coaching and hypnotherapy (my formal training and qualifications) and my obsession with problem-solving and learning (my magic).
When we work together, they learn all about their unique profile of strengths and challenges and use this to create a toolkit of brain-friendly techniques, strategies, and healthy habits.
I work with both the conscious and subconscious mind. This depth of work allows us to explore new ideas and possibilities, and embed new habits and learnings more quickly.

Individual Sessions
Sessions are tailored to your young person’s age, interests, and attention span, creating a personalised approach that fits their unique needs. I’ll help them let go of unhelpful beliefs and habits, develop practical skills for daily life, and explore new ideas and possibilities—all in a way that works for them and their brain.
Using a blend of executive function coaching, therapeutic approaches, and mindfulness techniques, I create a safe, nurturing space where your young person can feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll work on calming their nervous system, building emotional resilience, and improving adaptability.
Each session empowers your young person to create their own bespoke toolbox of strategies, skills, healthy habits, and empowering beliefs. These tools are designed to support them both now and in the future, helping them handle life’s demands with greater ease and confidence.
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am registered with the CNHC.

Group Sessions
Group sessions are available as one-offs or a series of sessions and are perfect for schools, whether as workshops or a regular club.
Sessions are tailored to the group’s needs and age range, with common topics including mindset, mindfulness, confidence, motivation, exam stress, goal setting, worries and fears, and healthy habits.
I am an accredited Hypno4Children™ Practitioner and trained in their specialist methods, including the MindHack system and StudyCalm package.
The MindHack system helps to reduce anxiety and low mood while building resilience, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. This equips children and teens with a personalised wellbeing toolbox of techniques, strategies, habits, and empowering beliefs to support them in their daily lives.
The StudyCalm package focuses on helping young people with learning, revision, and exams. They build a toolbox of strategies to work smarter, stay organised, study calmer, and perform at their best.
By incorporating executive function coaching, I also teach skills like time management, focus, and problem-solving to help them tackle challenges with confidence and feel more positive about their future.
